Cheglinch Farm Glamping

We stayed at Cheglinch Farm Glamping this weekend with a group of friends. The site was absolutely beautiful. A perfect balance between being neat and tidy without being character-less. We booked all three yurts, but I loved that each tent had its own toilet, kitchen and shower so although the yurts were all close together it still felt very private. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare food. The shower and toilet facilities were modern and well kept. Although it was very cold this weekend, Ella had gone to great lengths to make sure we were as warm as possible with additional blankets and hot water bottles. Being able to collect eggs from the hens each morning was a fabulous bonus! Thank you Cheglinch for a fantastic first glamping experience!

This was our second time staying at Cheglinch after a fantastic stay in 2021. As before the accommodation and amenities were excellent: - clean tents with comfortable beds - good private cooking, toilet and bathroom facilities - a lovely play area for kids, plus lots of farm animals for the kids to see. Not to mention fresh eggs from the hens each morning. - good location; close to a few towns, restaurants and beaches - fantastic host who is always responsive Lots to love about Cheglinch, would stay there again!

Fantastic campsite, even though the site was changed due to unforseen circumstances. Lovely flat field with eco toilets (what a great idea and much better than using a portaloo) and water available. You are also able to hire a firepit and wood for a very good price! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the campsite. The tents are cosy and spacious, everything is so well thought through, from the wheelbarrow to get your luggage from the car to the well equipped outside kitchen. The kids loved to get the eggs from the chickens for breakfast, we watched the calves getting their milk, it was such a peaceful environment. Also just a 15 minute drive to some of the most amazing beaches.I am sure we will come again. Thank you Ella!
