        I've been suffering from sore shoulders throughout lockdown and recently had a back and shoulder massage with Nicola. She was kind and professional and made sure that all the covid related changes didn't distract from the overall experience.

        Last Summer (2015) I had Ear Candling treatment at Glow Therapies. It was lovely and relaxing and the 1st treatment started to clear my sinuses. Id been struggling with sinus headaches (antibiotics had not helped) and by the 3rd treatment they had cleared and the problems have not returned . So, its a fab treatment with really quite amazing sensations and result. I would highly recommend Nicola and her treatments
