        Delivering a bulk load of timber to the site. I thought the attitude of the staff was appalling and arrogant as if my delivery was an inconvenience to them and the reason they had to leave their nice warm offices. And slow.... total time onsite 3 hours and 15 minutes to unload 16 packs of timber which took just 20 minutes to load up yesterday. I just hope they treat their customers a little better.
