Absolutely diabolical! Ali the instructor just sat on the side with a young lad talking about her night out and how she felt ruff!! The kids were just told to walk the trot and canter. Ali was not watching and 2 children fell off and the first full would have been avoided if the child was given guidance. But no she just sat there saying how she felt so hung over and showing the lad pictures on her phone. She put the children at risk today and health and safety need to be contacted we also have video evidence of the whole lesson. We are very angry. Is she even registered as a riding instructor as seemed to not be very knowledgeable. All the horses had very itchy feathers I would suggest mites... And also the horses are stood in stables with no hay!!!! And no bedding horses are grazers and should not be left without food for hours on end! I will be reporting to trading standers as the children were put in danger today and its not good enough. I do not recommend this place at all and do not recommend Ali as she has no idea at all and it becomes very dangerous.

Thank you so much Georgie and Phoebee and my mum had an amazing ride. My mum is over the moon her first time on a horse. Lovely staff lovely horses will definitely be going back
