        Horrendous its hard to ask for help anyway, to be treated in the manor I was today is despicable.

        My friend lived here and we fell out and they didn't let me try to explain or speak to him which is good in one sense but they were very unkind to me on the phone and were nasty to me the whole time I was there I tried to be nice but the whole time I felt like my kindness was taken for weakness and the support my friend got devastatingly bad support
