Forcing a minor to get off before their stop because thats as far as it goes is absolutely disgusting. Children are no less paying customers than adults and this treatment is disgusting. This is a service paid for by the customers that use it and they deserve not to be treated like that. Creating a safeguarding issue will be directed to the appropriate authorities. I will be seeking a refund for services not rendered and making it quite clear here that it is not safe for minors to use this service unless parents are ok with their child being booted off due to drivers inability to fulfil their job. Lazy and incompetent.

Absolutely shocking. Driver gave me the wrong change and are always snotty when you have a ten pound note or upwards. One driver even said (are you really trying to pay with this) baring in mind its a note not loads of change. Also the drivers are very good at missing out stops and been generally late or not turning up. Would not recommend these buses to anyone.

The bus driver really need to learn how to drive. It was my right of way and they pushed through, missing my car by inches, It was the 108 from Willington to Bishop Auckland. This near miss happened at Hunwich at 20:10 tonight. Its all the dash cam. Absolutely ridiculous
