I always feel uplifted after a class and the exercises are varied so you never get bored. You don't have to lose weight, but if you want to there is an excellent healthy eating plan available and plenty advice if you need it. It's a fun way to get fit and stay that way. The name says it all!

If you want weight loss advice that works and does not let you make excuses, this is for you. The exercise classes are varied and suit all levels. Make sure you are ready to commit and you will reach your goal. Friendly, supportive groups with a team of professionals to help you achieve.

I have been going to Rachel and her team for a number of years for me it's like an extended family. They are always there to support you in losing weight,exercise and nutrition, I also done a mindset course which was excellent, I would fully recommend it.
