My husband and I chose to go with Nick as his prices were very competitive. I am pleased to say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He carried out the survey within days of instruction and produced a very detailed report the very next day which included information about the key points we asked him to bear in mind prior to visiting the property. When we went back with a couple of further queries after reading the report, Nick answered them very quickly within the same day. This was our first house sale experience and Nick helped put us at ease with this part of the process. Nick has been brilliant throughout our Help to Buy sale. He has also got back to us promptly and completed a detailed report that encapsulated our Help to Buy Mortgage. Nick answered all our questions and was always available when needed. Prices were very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Nick did a full building survey for me, and helped me decide to pull out from the purchase. Also did a home survey report for another property which I'm now about to exchange contracts for - really excited. Nick has always been very professional, quick to generate the reports and responsive with all my questions and doubts. I strongly recommend him.
