Ive been attending Jackys group Pilates classes since early 2015, and a personal training client since September 2015. I have an ongoing neck issue that needs attention during exercise. Jacky is an extremely kind and personable teacher, tailoring workouts and Pilates sessions to the clients individual needs. Group pilates is fun, challenging and relaxing. I was anxious about ability when starting out, but no one gets left behind and no one gets judged. I also appreciate the classes are smaller than average, as it means you get the right amount of attention - and also means you cant get away with rushing the exercises. Personal training sessions are great, Jacky has a wealth of exercise and nutritional knowledge and is able to work with me as a vegan. We do a mixture of things, including my favourite - boxing. I prefer the privacy her studio offers over a gym, its well equipped and has easy parking. Thanks very much Jacky!
