I contacted JB Motors this morning after noticing a major problem with my back brake last night. I spoke to David and he said they were flat out today, but they would fit me in as I had a 130 mile drive home this afternoon. What a great garage with an honest, decent team, excellent customer service and reasonable pricing too. My back brakes, a caliper and a pipe were replaced by 3pm this afternoon and I was able to drive safely home. Thank you so much. I would absolutely recommend this garage. 10/10 from me! I was recommended JB by a work colleague and now I in turn recommend them to my friends and family, really great service and very friendly. The guys are always happy to explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done and communicate really well throughout - which I for one really like. Local garage with local values. Always a top class service no hard sell. Infact quite the opposite recommending a different approach to a main dealer stealer quote. Will be back for sure.
