Surrey Log Cabins

We are extremely happy both with the quality of our new cabin and with the whole experience of dealing with Surrey Log Cabins. Right from the start, both Nic and Tash were extremely helpful, with Nic going above and beyond to advise on possible repairs to an existing building before we even decided to order a new cabin a decision that we havent regretted. All aspects of the ordering and build process went smoothly, with clear communication and timely updates from Tash throughout. On site, Nic and Giles did a great job of dismantling the old cabin and building the new one the work was completed tidily, cheerfully (despite the icy conditions), on schedule and to a very high standard. We opted for the exterior to be painted for us rather than doing it ourselves and the painting team did an excellent job too, working swiftly and with great attention to detail. We also went with the recommended electrician and again were very pleased with the neatness of the work. Overall, we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Surrey Log Cabins, both for the quality of their product and for the extremely high standard of service received throughout. Thank you!

Beautiful cabins and an amazing service. Tash was fabulous at guiding us through the process and went above and beyond to help us with questions. Nic was great on the installation day and we are very happy with our cabin. I just dont recommend trying to paint it in an icy/snow freezing spell like we have just had!

Really great experience dealing with Tash and Nic through the entire process. All very quick and efficient, and we are extremely happy with the end product - looking forward to the electrics going in tomorrow! We love our 3m x 4m cabin. Looks really good and materials used are of good quality. It was fabulous to have a new room put up in just a week: used as an office, spare room and garden room. Tash and Nick were both really helpful and efficient and made the whole thing very easy. A couple of things needed adjusting later on and it was all done promptly. We looked at a lot of cabins before going with this one. Chosen for quality of product and prefer to support a family run business.

Great people to deal with, not just Nic and Tash but the whole team their subcontractors too. All did what they said when they said they would and quality cabins too.
