My daughter who is 6 was unsure at first but Chris is so encouraging and patient with her that she is really loving her drum lessons.

When your child, in my case my 14 year old daughter, actively pushes you out the front door at 6pm after school to go to their drum lesson, you know you have found the right tutor. While she has had good drum teachers in the past, none compare to Chris. His calm, easy going demeanour coupled with his technical knowledge and experience somehow sets her up to do things she didn't think she could do. We now have a rhythm section in the house that no longer sounds like someone randomly smashing stuff together. Instead she can accompany almost anything I throw at her. Chris has a gift and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to start or improve their drum skills.

Just started learning in my late 50s , Chris is perfect for me, being patient and laid back as well as a fantastic drummer.He is structured, happy to teach songs I want to play while developing technique and skills along the way.Highly recommended.

As an older student, I was a bit nervous about starting lessons, despite having wanted to learn for as long as I could remember. Chris quickly put me at ease, and the lessons have been super fun and challenging in the best way. He listened to what I wanted to get out of the lessons, and structured them around this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend - if you're toying with the idea yourself, go for it! Plus, the drum kit is sparkly, so that's always a plus!
