With all the challenges that health care professionals face, ALL the Team here are always; polite, helpful, friendly and caring. We are really lucky to have such a first class facility in our area.         I would like to say a huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses, receptionist and admin staff at the Village medical practice. After needing an appointment on Friday afternoon, I contacted reception and spoke with a lovely lady who made me appointment for the same afternoon and I was seen by a wonderful doctor who listened, supported and cared about my appointment. I had reached breaking point and I now feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulder since Friday. A referral was sent Friday afternoon and I already have an appointment booked with the specialist team. Thank you for one health care worker to another, I know how hard it has been recently but thank you for your ongoing support and Care xxx
