Finally Ive been able to purchase milk in our shop since last October. Many emails sent. As its the only shop in Send village it would be nice to be able to buy essentials especially for the elderly and people and those that dont drive! So congratulations McCalls on the milk situation all we need now is opening times of post office and the shop to be as stated on the website so if it shuts early we dont make the effort to walk there. And may be a new printer/computer on the post office as this keeps breaking which means you cant post anything for that day and sometimes the next days. And a nice deep clean and it would definitely improve this shop to an extra star or 2.

Its so easy to see why they are going under absolutely useless staff! Why are two members of staff working on the post office and NONE on the newsagents!!! Where does the staffs wages come from! Its not from someone sending a letter! its people spending their hard earned MONEY. Useless.

Utter joke. 8.30pm on a Tuesday doors locked but open til 10pm. No sign on door, no answer of the phone.

I was in here yesterday. No air con at all staff were so hot was ridiculous. Food melting on the shelf literally No ice lolly fridge since last summer when it broke.!! No ice!! Fridges were warm!! Limited choices these days. Staff always friendly but I felt sorry for them in this heat . They should not be working in these conditions at all. Other customers were also complaining at the time. Been popping in here over last 4 years as my local convenience store. Going downhill you really need to up your game. Regular customer normally. To be blunt sort it out ! Gave one star as staff are friendly Jessica
