I have now had 24 sessions with optimal health. 12 with Ed and 12 with George. I feel very much better and more supple. They have strengthened my shoulders and taught me many exercises to help my lower back issues. They are both extremely professional but always friendly and very informative. I am very pleased I took up their offer of a free spinal check.

I (a very keen elderly off-road cyclist) have been seeing Ed for nearly 5 years now, initially regarding neck pain. Am now on "support care" only as no longer have neck pain (so able to cycle pain free), providing I do the appropriate exercises and have these regular check ups for spinal realignment etc. Ed has always been very helpful and professional and I could not recommend him highly enough.

Very professional service from the start. Good clear diagnosis and constant feedback on progress and areas where the treatment needs to change. Still going through the longer term remediation stage but good signs of recovery to come. I like the approach of fixing the issue and giving guidance on how to avoid recurrence.

Dr Ed & George are experienced professionals and have created a friendly, modern clinic with plenty of fee parking. A great space to work in. Use of this space is encouraged e.g for stretching pre appointment. Good communication and flexible appointment booking facilitates a smooth process. I know I'm in safe hands and I feel the benefits of my consultations in my daily life.
