David at Arrus Knoble produced a very detailed and informative report, with excellent photos which were really useful to help clarify. Very great service! David was able to book the survey in a very short notice which helped to speed up our purchasing process. He produced the reports 3 days after the visit with clear photos and organised report structure. The report produced is easy to follow and understand different levels of issues of the property. It's also much easier to approach David for further advise and help over the telephone compared to other surveyor companies.
