H.R. Owen Bentley Surrey

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Bentley Surrey. The manager, Alan, does not seem to care about his promises to customers. Despite having been a customer for 10 years, I have experienced multiple instances where they have lied to me. Their words and contracts have been contradictory, and I have lost trust in them. I advise others to avoid going to Bentley Surrey. Otherwise, you will end up spending a lot of money and feeling very unhappy.

Avoid them, most useless rude and overcharging lot. I had to deal with Matthew Cooper, Mikaela.Godley and some Deep Thaker, one more useless than the other. Look at the quality of dash cam installation they have done on my car. They have no shame, zero customer service and big mouths. You'll be charged and they don't even need to be nice to you. Avoid.

Im not using these again. Paid 175k for a bentayga that they had listed for 179k 2 months ago, I have done less than 400 miles in the car, completely immaculate, they are offering me 152k to buy it back, 23k off for the sale of 400 miles lol. I get they need to make money, but thats taking the mick, especially when I bought a huracan from another HR Owen business less than a year ago.
