        What Nyetimber has created is truly quite unique being on British soil. However the the couple whose name is nowhere to be found (ie website) and should have prime mention are the Mosses, Stuart and Sandra. Absolute pioneers by planting the grapes, against all odds, that have created these extraordinary wines. Dont think the current owner would have acquired this asset if it were not for the insight, endurance and hard work the Mosses put in.. I sure hope they get the recognition they so well deserve..

        They have open days a few times a year. We went along and were blown away by how nice it was. Its normally a private estate and lucky enough to see the gardens and beautiful vineyards. The wine tasting after and talk by Charlie was great and the setting amazing. I would recommend anyone to book one of these open days and be prepared to taste some truly amazing wine good enough to rival any french champagne
