        We are due to complete on our first home next week (very exciting!!) and all in all it has been a very smooth process. This is thanks to the fantastic service we have received from the teams at both the Arundel and Pulborough branches. Kevin, Jessie, Nick, Derek and Rosie were all fantastic! Special thanks to these 3 in particular: Kevin- who took us on countless viewings until we found our perfect home, including showing us listings that hadn't made it to the site yet! Also very helpful with explaining the process to us as we were a bit clueless as first time buyers. Jessie- who went above and beyond with our mortgage application, there was an error on the system which meant she couldn't submit it and stayed working till 10pm to make sure we got our rates locked in. Also was (and still is) always willing and happy to answer any questions we had. Jessie is definitely someone who is passionate about her job and it really shows. Nick- For going the extra mile to progress the sale and keep us informed every step of the way. We used the mortgage advisor and conveyancer services Cubitt and West offer and I wouldn't hesitate to use these again, would highly recommend!

        We decided to sell our house through Cubitt and West, as they had a large number of buyers on their list looking for a similar property. This meant that we didn't have to accommodate a lot of viewings and keep the house tidy for weeks, we only had a couple of viewings and an acceptable offer was already on the table without any additional marketing. We found the team helpful and knowledgeable. Kirsty is really professional, open and reliable, she is also very friendly and kept us calm throughout the process. I would recommend Cubitt and West.
