        We had a lovely few days at 76 The Mint. Great location in the centre of Rye with the cheap Market car park very nearby for parking. Downstairs bathroom could do with a refit but otherwise the cottage was well equipped and thought out with comfortable beds. Lots to do nearby including the little Rye cinema, Camber sands and Bodian Castle.

        A great base to explore the area around Chichester, there are lots of places to visit within an easy drive. The property was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, great showers and a cosy living room. There is also a spacious conservatory where we ate our meals and watched the wildlife in the garden. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
