        We ordered a pizza at 6:30pm, we were told false information and the pizza hasn't arrived with the store now shut. We now have to chase and wait for a refund. Absolutely appalling service from the store.

        Absolute shambles! Placed our order, waited THREE HOURS for it, was trying to call for an update and they werent answering the phone. Finally got told it was out for delivery but they couldnt say how long it would be. Would actually have been quicker to fly to Italy and get a pizza there. Please do not order pizza from here if you are actually hungry or have any expectation that this will be the quicker / easier option than making pizza at home!

        Been waiting for almost four hours (update; 15hrs and counting) for my pizza. Manager made some excuse about delivery drivers, didn't even offer me a free pizza. Don't waste your time here.
