        My son and I joined White Hart Fitness 4 months ago since which time our mental and physical health has improved beyond measure. The coaches are brilliant, the membership is great value for money, the classes are easy to book but best of all has been joining a real genuine positive community . A very rare find we feel lucky to have found. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

        Great Gym. Very welcoming and lots of scaled options for all abilities. Started off dropping in and became full member shortly after. Highly recommended if your in the area!
