        Lovely local shop that has a great amount of products. Love the fact they stock local milk etc. I've never had any problems with customer service, everyone is polite and friendly.

        This the rudest most incompetent man I have had the misfortune to encounter. Completely ruined my morning. Would not let me pick up a parce l today telling me that i was too late (even though I have another 10 days to pick up) Not only that, he is an aggressive, menacing, dismissive bully. If you don't want to "provide a community service" (that's laughable) by acting as a Hermes partner, then don't Mr Pulborough Stores.
