        We were very happy with the very comprehensive survey carried out by David Lewis on the house we are purchasing. It was very clearly laid with pictures to illustrate particular issues he raised. He concluded his report with a summary listing salient points which required attention with a guide approximate costs. Finally he listed legal points to pass to our solicitor prior to exchange of contracts.

        A friend of mine recommended David to me to carry out a HomeBuyer survey on a 2 bed flat I was purchasing. Once instructed he carried out the survey and issued the report to me quicker than I had expected. The survey flagged up quite a few things that I hadn't seen on the viewings. With this in had I was able to agree a lower sale price and also made me aware of potential future costs I might incur. I would have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone that requires surveying services and I will certainly use his company again on my next purchase.
