    I have just purchased a Ford capri brooklands from Arun.The service from the start was brilliant.Nathan sent a video of the car straight away after phoning them.On viewing the car Nathan assured me that before the car is sent out ,it will get a 120 point check. Got the car delivered yesterday, and he was true to his word .Nothing was to much trouble and just wanted the car to perfect when dropped off.The car is brilliant everything was done on the car and even polished.And when Barry dropped the car off he couldn't do enough ,showing us all the paperwork that came with the car.Thank you for a great service.

    Within days of complaining I have been told to contact their lawyers. I have also been told that the company will not respond to any further contact. I am therefore left with a very expensive car that was advertised with a false indication of total mileage and other issues. Not good. Thursday October 27th You would have thought it couldn't get worse but it has. The company does not respond to requests for help. Their legal advisors do not respond at all. I am left with a car requiring serious attention sold at a premium price. The car was only delivered a week ago! I have now been advised by their lawyers that Arun has not contacted them. As the lawyers have not been instructed by Arun they cannot reasonably be expected to respond. Meanwhile it seems that Arun has blocked emails from me. Not a very good response. FURTHER NEWS:- I have just seen the company's response. They advertised the car on Autotrader and eBay, making its condition clear. They claimed low mileage despite knowing the odometer broke a few years ago so the actual figure is unknown. Their advertisement made it absolutely clear that they were selling a first class example of these cars that would be checked and put into excellent condition prior to delivery. I was promised a fresh MOT certificate that has not yet been received. Nathan, a member of their team, demonstrated the car to me. I paid the company the "asking price" as advertised for the car. I have had no communication at all with the previous owner of the car. It is not reasonable for them to pretend that I bought from the previous owner. They have advised they will not answer emails and that I should contact their lawyers. Their lawyers have denied being instructed. From looking at reviews, it is clear that this is not their usual standard, so why have I been singled out for this treatment? I look to the company for a more carefully reasoned response. MONDAY OCTOBER 31st Unbelievable, still no word. You must understand that selling a car of this nature at a premium price it has to work properly. Claimimg you did not sell it is indefensible, remember you advertised it, demonstrated it and I paid you. I didn't even haggle, I paid the full asking price. There are faults. Why do you continue to deny responsibility? ANOTHER WEEK - FRIDAY NOVEMBER 4th The only ptogress this week has been a letter from Arun Prestige Ltd's lawyers advising that they will respond in two weeks! Not good.

    Never been so let down by a dealer with underhand tactics, Dominic was commission selling me a classic Mercedes that clearly wasn't not ready to be sold, after placing deposit based on seeing a new MOT test for the vehicle that hadn't been on the road for 2 years. Cancelled after 2.5 weeks of waiting & refused my deposit return. Then 8 weeks later tries to bill me for more than 2k sending the car off to the SL shop to get the car running correctly + PDI when the car is still not tested or handed over. please be very cautious
