Cambridge Review Alistair provided amazing advice and support. He dissected each question I posed clearly and concisely and provided a number of solutions. He was extremely patient and personable therefore a pleasure to speak to as it felt as though I was speaking to a friend. It is important to work with people who are able to assist you with any issue be it large or small in a timely manner and empower you the end user to get the best from the software you are using. I have no hesitation in contacting Alistair or Lynne in the near future as they are both a joy to work with.

Lynne offers a very helpful service! When you are suddenly faced with learning a new system it's often difficult to work out more than the basics. Lynne is exceptionally patient and explains everything very clearly. It's so good to know she is there if I get stuck with anything on Xero. I've had 2 sessions with her to get to grips with some of the things I was struggling with, but won't hesitate to ask her for another session or two as I encounter new issues after using the system for a while. So reassuring to know there is expert help on hand which doesn't rely on watching a video!
