        We had our Fiat Dolcevita towed off the M5 today. He was so patient with us because we had a rental car with a flat tyre and we had no where to go. His directions were to drop us to safe services and road side services were going to get a taxi to take us home. We are from New Zealand and have no home. Our destination was a hotel stay down in Cornwall. Not his fault. Just bad communication from road side assistance. He let us phone to organize what we needed to do. We were really appreciative of his patience and help with everything. We never got his name, but we was blonde with maybe a Russian or Ukrainian accent? Thank you for your patience. We were so stressed! Service: Car towing
