I have been part of the Butterfields family for almost four years and I look forward to many more. The love and compassion the emulates through the heart of Butterfields is unmatched. I wake up each morning knowing that I am appreciated, not only by the people I have cared for but by all at Butterfields. I feel that we all share the same passion in that we all truly care. I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful family.

I'm not sure where to start on my feelings around being a member of the Butterfields family. They are the most caring, compassionate and understanding people I have ever had the pleasure to work for, not only towards our patients and their family's but also to their members of staff. The management team are always at the end of the phone for advice, support no matter the time of day. The care team are a bunch of wonderful people who are made up of different personalities but all have one thing in common which is a big heart and pride themselves on delivering the best level of care I have never felt so welcomed into a company than I did on my first week with Butterfields which was an in-depth training week but full of laughter and knowledge at the same time, meeting members of the team along with lunch brought for us at the end of the week. Every working day I know I am making a difference to people's lives and the rewarding feeling that gives me is a feeling I have never felt before. I can't thank Butterfields enough for everything they do for their patients and their team. There really is no other company/family like ours

Over the past year I have had the privilege of being one of the care managers at Butterfields. I have not regretted one day working with the most loyal , dedicated , amazing care team who make every clients last few days the most important. This hard work and dedication comes directly from Mike one of the owners of the company . Mikes hard work, hands on approach and respect for his team was the reason I took the role . One memory that will stay with me for life was the day Mike heard a client was going to have to go into a hospice due to a power cut and the clients needing his oxygen to keep him breathing . The first we knew what Mike had done was seeing him putting up at the clients home with a generator he sourced him self and delivered to the clients home to prevent him not having his last wish to be home . Even the energy company were lost for words as it took them two days after Mikes efforts to restore the Power to the village .
