with response to comment by Lee from Sheffield the clue was in the statement The driver was unloading, and was not made aware that he had blocked any access and perhaps as was the case on this occasion being instructed by the receiving customer to park where he had. suggest maybe you consult your neighbours on loading and unloading expectations and just maybe consult the driver and request he move if causing a obstruction. The name and telephone number is big enough on the livery of the vehicle so if you don't feel able to converse with the driver you could always have called the office and we would have done if for you

Idiots!! They need to teach their drivers a bit of road courtesy. Parked across the driveway to my warehouse for half hour whilst unloading. Don't worry fellas, we didn't need to get out or anything. Lorry registration BX14 EXJ. 07/04/16
