Worst company ever! Been waiting since May for connection, senior managers blamed openreach, I cancelled with them and went to BT direct who got me up and running in two weeks. Avoid this company at all costs!

absolutely shocking ! Double billed, no phone calls back, still awaiting credits from Jan & Feb. After speaking to a director 4 weeks ago he promised that he would resolve, nothing ! My phone calls are now being ignored ! After now switching suppliers they are withholding our PAC codes ! Been with this company for over 8 years and this is how they treat you ! Avoid at all costs.
