        Used this firm twice to repair my coffee machine and on both occasions I've been very impressed with the quality of works and advice they provide to keep my machine in tip-top condition. Highly recommended.

        Absolutely appalling service. Customer service continuously lied to me on many occasions. I sent a vacuum in for repair and it came back faulty. Phoned them up on numerous occasions to be told that I would get a callback by the end of that day. Nothing. Sent them a video of the faulty vacuum cleaner and they kept saying it needs to be looked at by the technical department. We will get back to you by the end of the day. Again, nothing. I would not recommend these guys to anybody. One star is too much

        Great place to get all your Tefal products fixed , they operate nation wide, they will collect or you can drop off, 40 flat rate on drop off 60 on posted, they do a great job, helpful friendly staff
