Tall slim lady early 40s with dark hair dont get her to return your parcels as she stole from me. The parcel opened after it was scanned she offered to reseal (I left it with her) it for me but instead she stole an item and sent the parcel. Talking to a lady in the store who knew the cashier distracted my attention which provided another opportunity not to scan another item which ASOS has never received. I asked the cashier to count all the parcels but she didnt pull all the goods from the sack she fake pointed silly me for putting my trust in someone who clearly had wicked intentions to steal from me. I wont be using this place again you put your faith in staff to look after your items. Check your CCTV at 16:35 25/1/2020 to see her in action this is unacceptable and doesn't represent the Royal Mail brand in a good light.
