Absolutely awful. Worst chemist in West Bromwich. New owners are clueless and just rude.

Poor. Kept on hold for 39 mins which isn't a problem, however when your number 1 in the queue and they end the call it's infuriating! After that massive waste of time, was contacted to say they no longer offer a service which was needed. Won't be using this chemist any time soon.

Avoid avoid avoid! This pharmacy has hit rock bottom since Cieren left! Telephone line system they have implemented does not work! Called one evening and caller number 1 for 45 minutes! Clearly dont want to answer their phones! All the competent staff have left, clearly knew what they were doing ditching this dive of a pharmacy! Waited 35 minutes for a prescription. The Pharmacist ( Omar ) has very poor people skills! Duggal junior hides from you when he sees you however very courageous through email (keyboard warrior). Patients; run as fast as you can!

My advice to any that uses Ingrams chemist West Bromwich, my advice change ASAP they have been taken over by Duggals chemists Messed up my partners medications which are usually set out in medication trays due to the amount he has to take. Went in last Thursday after a phone call to say they had been told we had moved chemist, that was not the case and the manager promised me that the whole prescription would be sorted for Saturday as that's when my partners meds run out. Went on Saturday and still no medication, manager on that day didn't wanna know and his response was I don't know what you want me to do?! Been to the surgery today got everything sent over yet again, and I gave the chemist all day to get the trays sorted even rang at 2pm to say I will be there just after 4pm.......low and behold still no medication ready in the trays!! Considering I have been in 3 times in the last week, they gave me a prescription from the 13th January. we are now on the 6th February.

This business as gone to pot can't get anyone to answer phone and I've been waiting for medication for over a week. I waited 2 hours on Saturday in the chemist got to see the pharmacist's and I was told my medication is out of stock still waiting for delivery. Found out yesterday its still out of stock I give up I'm changing to lloyds after many years with ingrams
