So it's taken me a while to post this review as I havnt been very well. But I would like to share my experience as how I was treated on 3rd November was extremely disgusting. So I am 21 weeks pregnant and suffer with hyperemesis. (Severe morning sickness) I was prescribed a drug that is ordered in only. I called 4 days prior to order My prescription and was told it would arrive in a day or two. I came in on the 3rd and asked to collect my prescription. A young girl who was quiet but helpful said it would be about 10 mins. Whilst I was waiting I requested to speak to a pharmasist. ( I was concerned of taking this medication and being quite far along in the pregnancy). She told me he wouldn't be too long. I sat and waiting and the same girl came over and told me that unfortunately the medication hadn't come in. Although annoying, these things happen so I accepted this. I then reminded the girl if I could speak to the pharmasist. The girl went to the back and asked him to come over. I then heard him say 'no, I'm very busy, go see what she wants yourself'. The young girl came over however I heard this. I told her that he was extremely rude and left in tears. My fiance, who was waiting in the car took it upon his self to return to the chemist and say that we wouldn't be returning. This pharmasist was a biggish man around 40 years old, stubble, wearing a white and black camo coat over his uniform, which was very inappropriate for the type of work. I will never come here again just for the fact that he was so rude, I'm pregnant anxious and wanted some stability and reassurance. He let me down that day and I would hate for anyone who wasn't in the right mind set or condition to have the same experience I received. I'm sorry to the young girl who had to take his rudeness on the chin. She deserves so much better than to work for someone who is incredibly disrespectful.

This pharmacy is advertised as closing at 2300 on Sundays. We rushed to get there it was closed at 2230. Very annoying as it meant we missed the opportunity to visit another pharmacy with 2300 closing. It was a prescription drug which we needed urgently. Very Very disappointed with Lloyd's pharmacy.
