Well West Bromwich - Hill Top

Went to this chemist at 9:10am they refused to open the doors as the Pharmacist wasnt there. The lady who calls herself Nina was very rude and not polite in her mannerism what so ever. From speaking to other customers waiting outside the store this is a regular occurrence of the pharmacist running late. Can see by the latest reviews its gone down hill.

Finally got perscription for my other half only to find they were the wrong eye drops last time I had to put an order in again because they forgot always something at this place

Used to be brilliant chemist but now a complete nightmare! Don't get medication on time, can't get in touch with them no matter how many times a day you phone or what time they don't answer the phone they either take it off the hook or unplug it, I've sat for 2 whole hours phoning none stop & I can't get in touch regarding my urgent medication! Definitely changing chemist. Absolute joke!!!
