        We took our puppy pekingese here, first time he was washed but saturated on handover back to us! Second time we used these the trainee girl came out to hand over our dog, who was visibly in distress squinting severely and trying to rub his eyes. I asked what was wrong, to be informed that he kept moving while she was trimming around the eyes. The dog had to to go vets next day, ointment prescribed then operated on within a week to remove ingrowing hairs that had been cut to close to eye ball. tried several times to speak to Cheryl to be told she was not there, tried here mobile, texted several times still waiting for a reply and apologies from this place. BE VERY CAREFUL sending your loved pets here!!
