Just Me on Google
Was told to read & sign a declaration which I did using the computer mouse.
I asked for a printout or send email of what I have just signed. I'm then told be Christine they are unable to do this. I ask why and she doesn't have an answer.
So I'm signing a declaration form and this employee feels it's not her duty to do this basic task. Or she is incapable of knowing how to print information.
I was able to obtain this information from the Optician who was capable of printing the information I requested.
The hygiene standards are below par at this options and the Tonometer headrest was VERY dirty. I asked if the machine had been cleaned and was told "yes" I explained in not putting my face on this until it's been cleaned and asked for tissue & cleaning solution. The amount of dirt or grease taken off was being a joke and shows that daily cleaning is not done of the apparatus. On the peripheral test machine a member of staff wanted to give me an eye patch which she said she had cleaned.
I explained that an eye patch should be single use item and not something you clean over and over again. I declined this reusable eye patch and decided to use my fingers to complete this test.
Personally it'll be better to take your own wipes to clean anything that is going to make contact with your face as the cleaning regime at this opticians is bad.
The Optician did a good job and that's great but I've been put off by the lack of cleaning of the apparatus.
