Id give it 1 star if that was possible. Called numerous times with no answer for days. Then had to email for a response and call back. Ive lost my only pair of glasses and I am in urgent need and Ive been advised I have to come in for an eye test and then itll take 10 days for a pair. I have a newborn baby and a toddler and I pleaded that I just need a quick pair so I can get on with daily life and be able to see but I was told its not an option. I was told the closest appointment is 4 days from now and itll take 10 days to come after that. Sometimes emergency situations occur and for those who rely on glasses its a very big shame to know you arent given any importance or real help is ridiculous.
