        Awful customer service. Both pairs of glasses broke within 6 months. Cheap glasses, cheap lenses but expensive prices. Avoid at all costs

        Sue, Louise and staff are not only friendly and professional, but they won't try to sell you something you don't need. Excellent service - when my frames got broken, they helped me out with a replacement there and then while I waited for new glasses to be made. I cannot recommend them highly enough

        Don't know why people give this place 5 stars they must have gone on a different day to us. The receptionist was rude and clearly doesn't like her job. Basically called us liars the shop itself also looks old fashioned inside.
