One star is for the few good staff that work there and the other for the residents that live there. I worked at Talbot court for over 10 years and recently left. Really disappointing to find out staff who I have supported, given jobs to and trained up have been spreading lies to try and belittle me, Im not surprised of this as there were many issues with staff causing problems which made it a toxic environment. staff should focus on putting all their effort into caring for the resident rather than talking about other staff infront of them.
