        Thank god for these guys because theres not much help out there, the Sanctuary Hub is great just walk in and you have someone who listens and supports you, super friendly and welcoming, its a safe quiet place to spend some time there. Thank You Kaleidoscope

        I attended the Mental Health First Aid Training course here earlier this week, and it was fantastic. Our course trainers, Lisa and Faye were wonderful and ensured that the sessions were engaging throughout. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to develop their knowledge of Mental Health First Aid.
