        Arrived to my appointment had to wait in the que which made me late first they said I had to rebook I explained Ive been waiting so they started my appointment to later say they have to rebook me for the 2nd part 45 min after waiting.. very disappointed as I saw someone take my appointment. Wouldnt go back..

        Orthoptiste allways in ruched. They dont take time to check carefully and dont listen to customer. Lady in customer service completely deformed my frame .

        Optician was great very professional then then the saleswomen says that will be 180 pounds just for the lenses in my old frames Which I wanted but she keeped trying to upsell me the frames I'm unemployed 180 was far too much never again I'll go elsewhere
