Absolutely stunning statement headboard which is extremely well made and a credit to all those involved in the construction it just oozes quality and sublime craftsmanship. I was kept well informed throughout the ordering process even through to the delivery day,nothing was too much trouble they arrived on time and were very polite and respectful of the property. The website was easy to navigate, the initial purchase went smoothly. Unfortunately on delivery the bed was damaged and the fabric stained. We refused delivery and the nightmare has begun. Poor communication, no information, impossible to track where it is, who has it, when its arriving! We are sleeping on the floor with a registered disabled child. This is unacceptable. The company has shrugged off the responsibility and put it on the delivery company. But how does that help the customer. Poor poor service!

Love my bed and memory pocket mattress. I have a double Simba mattress which I paid 800+, same double mattress for my new bed costed me 399 with 10 year guarantee. I would buy from British beds direct again.
