        Had my sons 7th birthday here safe to say Never Again!! .15 minutes to decorate room .the party host wasnt organised food was missed out kids upset because of it has he wasn't waiting by the room for parents to come and plaice order too busy chatting and wondering round with other staff member .I had to literally do everything like make sure kids all got their drinks food etc was stressful you book these places to take the stress out !!.Then where do I start with the very rude facepainter I had parents coming to me complaining the way she spoke to kids and abruptly removed face paint because kids wouldn't stay still. Kids are kids . She shouldn't be round kids with her bad attitude .Then the cake well what can I say looked like they had a cake smash party of their own as received it bk just to find icing hardly any cake left just in bits. Parents feedback was they wouldn't return and recommend a party here. never felt so embarrassed and angry .
