Sandwell Mri Centre

I had an appointment booked for me by my Consultant for Ultrasound, I called to reschedule and the receptionist insisted that I give her a genuine reason for rescheduling my appointment. NB: Called 2 weeks before the appointment date. I called another day and after waiting on the phone for a long time, so I ended missing the appointment because I came few minutes late. Respect is the keyword which every healthcare worker is suppose to abide by and Insisting that I give you a reason(even if it's personal) to reschedule an appointment does not show this.

Man on reception was friendly and welcoming, went through procedure professionally. Met Greg before going through to the scanner very comforting and reassuring double checked all the data and ensured my daughter before she went through to her scan overall very lovely staff and nice experience would recommend in health for everyone to have their scans here.

This is extremely hard to find in the dark. It's located at the side 9f the hospital and u have to park a Cross the road, and not forgetting u have to walk to the entrance to get ur ticket for car. Then when we got there the receptionist where totally ingnorart and we had to prompt then to say I had arrived, then on the mri there was no assurance while having it done.. There was just total silence. Overall I wouldn't choose to use this hospital again.
