Game

Visited for the first time in around almost 20 years and was quite a nostalgic experience for me! I used to buy all of my PlayStation 2 games from here before I discovered internet shopping. Unfortunately everything I looked at can be found much cheaper online. My daughter wanted a Nintendo Switch game which I googled and immediately found 8 cheaper elsewhere, but I understand there are overheads to cover. It's nice to see it's still around and interesting to have a browse. Can't really comment on the staff as didn't interact with any of them while browsing.

Where to start, the staff are rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I tried to trade in a xbox one x console that was spotless and only a year old to be told I must go away and clean it. I returned the same day after painstakingly cleaning the console with cotton buds that trade in desk was now closed even though the store was open for a further hour. Then I was also informed rather lately as it was my second time in the store that day. That the console trade in for the series s xbox required a fully functioning controller per console. None of the information I received in store is on the website I mentioned the staff then said in a sarcastic tone the website is run by another company, its not to do with game. So basically rude, unhelpful time wasters do not take your second hand console here. I think I'll just keep my xbox one x thanks......
