Dealing with Roy is a nightmare I will have a hard time forgetting.. There are plenty of good kind mechanices round here that could use a job and won't patronise or act short with customers or staff. Don't even know about the service because I managed to fix something he refused to do. Stay away people. Far away. Try the next garage. They are bound to have better customer service. Took car for MOT- failed it due to excessive movement of ball joint. I then asked Kenroy Smith to repair. He then repaired it and it seemed fine. 2 weeks later a wobbling/ knocking from steering came from the right side and then tie rod then was found damaged. This mechanic repairs a something then damages something else for more bread and butter. Will avoid. He also gets aggressive when you ask him questions based upon the job he done in the first place. Total waste of time man. Place has become into a Blackman yard. Avoid
