Was trying to book an engine and gearbox oil service on my Touareg plus some other jobs-went to the garage just before they close on Saturday so been told to ring them next working day-rang on Monday and the answer was :"we call you back tomorrow"
On Friday morning rang them once again as no answer-different bloke answered ,took all informations and said "will call you back with the quote later this afternoon" and guess what?Nothing....Week later rang them once again and the same story so decided to go to main VW dealer-spend a bit more but at least not feeling pis*ed
Will not raccomend this place
