New Street Surgery

Lets get one thing straight here this Doctors has always had issues with appointments for years this isnt just a national problem, this GP is using this as an excuse. Its always been useless, to use the current situation around the country as a excuse doesnt shock me at all from this doctors, Ive rang up at 8am this morning an sat on the phone for 30 minutes, still no answer.

Refer you for the wrong thing, how thick do you get. Frustration is unreal, secretary is constantly busy.

Worst worst worst service ever. Good luck ever getting to talk to the doctor. I have been calling at exactly 8 for the past 1 month and its either its a prescription nurse, no doctor available, no appointments available or the line is full. Exactly 8am and you cannot accept my call? You guys should consider closing down if you cant attend to patients.

Stacey from new street surgery has been excellent in helping with my query. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my query was dealt with in a timely professional manner. I would recommend this surgery to other patients as they try and do everything they can to help. The team at this practice are excellent, thank you for all your help.
