Awful service. Didnt deliver to start with. Then they delivered months late when we were away for 5days. The item was left on the pavement in the rain for 5days. No notification by the way the delivery would be while we were away. They promised to send someone to pick it up, didnt happen. They emailed me to say refund had been paid, didnt happen. I keep chasing them to get my money back and they wont reply to emails for weeks now. Ill be reporting them to Trading Standards for fraud.
